Q. Can I remove someone from the family administrator role?

You can change this by going to My Page → Manage Family/Baby → Family Member Profile → Edit Info → "Remove Admin."

Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support and we'll take care of it for you.

Please note that if you delete a family member, all data uploaded by that person will also be deleted!
