Q. All viewers' names are appearing as the same name.

In Babyfolio, family members' names are displayed based on the 'Family Nickname' set for each family group.

If a nickname is set simply as 'Grandmother,' multiple members might appear with the same name, making it difficult to tell them apart.

If you are a family admin, you can change nicknames using the following method:

Manage Family/Baby → Select Family → Select the family member whose name you want to change → Change Name

Try setting names that are easy to distinguish, such as 'Paternal Grandma,' 'Maternal Grandma,' or 'Grandma in New York.'

※ Regardless of their global nickname, the 'Family Nickname' will be prioritized within that specific family group.
