Q. I received a notification on my phone for a photo that was uploaded only for another family.

Babyfolio photos and notifications are sent only to family members who are registered to that specific family group. Since data is separated by each family, it is systematically impossible for photos from one family to be sent as notifications to another.

First, please check if the account that received the notification is participating as a member of that family!

Family Settings → Family List → Check participating family
