Please check the sharing settings for your uploaded photos and videos! If they are set to 'Couple Only,' other family members may not be able to see them. Simply change the sharing range to 'Share with Everyone' when uploading. 😊

If you'd like to see your photos and videos organized by their sharing settings at a glance,

go to the Album tab → View Photos by Sharing Range!

You can also change the sharing settings directly from that screen. (A special benefit for Family and Goods subscription members)
