Q. The Babyfolio screen looks cropped or zoomed in

If the Babyfolio screen appears cut off or zoomed in, please check your phone's display settings 😊

If you are using an iPhone, please change the setting below and restart the app.

Settings → Accessibility → Button Shapes → OFF

After changing the setting, close the Babyfolio app completely and relaunch it to see the normal screen 📱

If the screen still appears zoomed in or cut off after trying this, please let us know your device model and app version, and we will look into it for you.
