If the issue persists after the update, please check the following: 1. Does the upload fail on all connections (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G)? 2. Does the issue continue even after reinstalling the app? If it still doesn't work, please go to Customer Support > Contact Us and send us a screenshot or screen recording of the error so we can look into it for you.
