Your data will be promptly destroyed upon withdrawal of membership or once the purpose of service use has been fulfilled. However, specific information required by law will be retained for the following periods: - Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years - Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years - Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years - Records on service visits and usage: 3 months Notice regarding inactive accounts: For accounts that have not been logged into for more than one year, saved content and personal information will be deleted after prior notification via email and push notifications. Please note that data cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.
