Q. Is Babyfolio free to use?

Yes! All basic features, including unlimited photo and video storage, are completely free. However, once you upload beyond a certain amount, ads may appear. If you'd like an ad-free experience, check out our subscription plans!

Q. I changed my phone, but I can't log in to my existing account.

A.
Please log in again using your previous method (Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple, or Email). If you still can’t log in, please send your baby’s name and date of birth to our customer center. We will check your account and guide you through the next steps 🙏

Babyfolio supports Korean, English, and Japanese. 🇰🇷🇯🇵🇺🇸

You can change to your preferred language via My Page → Settings → Language. If your phone's system language is already set, the app will automatically display in that language.

Q. Can I use Babyfolio on my PC as well?

You can view your uploaded photos on the web version (thebabyfolio.com). However, most features, such as uploading photos, writing comments, and downloading, are only available in the Babyfolio app 😊
