How to sync your digital photo frame with Babyfolio

📡 Early Bird Members Who Requested Device Syncing For those who ordered during the 1st or 2nd Early Bird period and requested device syncing, Babyfolio has already pre-connected your account and digital frame! (Event ended)

Please complete the Wi-Fi setup first, as the frame must be connected to Wi-Fi to sync photos with the app in real-time.

Digital Frame Settings

📍 You can change the following settings by going to My Page → Manage Digital Frame → Select Connected Frame.


1️⃣ Select Child You can choose which child to display on the frame. If you have multiple children, you can select only ones you want to see.

  • Only the account connected to the digital frame can adjust this setting.


2️⃣ Photo Transition Photos rotate automatically, and you can choose the transition interval from the options below.

  • 5 sec / 15 sec / 30 sec / 1 min / 5 min / 10 min


3️⃣ Sleep Mode To ensure a comfortable environment in the bedroom, the screen is set to turn off automatically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.


4️⃣ Photo Sync Method

  • Babyfolio AI Recommendation (Default): Automatically selects a balanced mix of recent and past photos.

  • Cover Photos Only: Displays photos based on the calendar cover photos (thumbnails).

  • Selected Photos Only: Displays only the photos you manually select (Up to 50 items/videos per child, 5–60 seconds each).


📡 Connection Status If it says 'Connected Normally,' your app and frame are synced and working perfectly.

How to turn your digital photo frame ON / OFF

🔌 Power ON Press and hold the power button on the back of the digital frame.


🔌 Power OFF / Reboot Press and hold the power button, then select the desired option on the screen.

  • Power Off: Turns off the power

  • Reboot: Restarts the frame

How to disconnect / reconnect your digital frame

You can also disconnect the digital frame directly from the frame itself! 📱


⚠️ Please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi before proceeding!

Step 1 Touch the screen and click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner. Step 2 Click Device Info. Step 3 Click Disconnect Frame → Disconnection complete!

Guide to Removing the Protective Film from Your Digital Photo Frame

Remove the protective film to enjoy your photos even more clearly! 🖼️

The film is tightly attached to the screen, so please gently peel it off from the corner using your fingernail. 😊

Cancellation Requests During "Preparing for Ship" Once the status is "Preparing for Shipment," the product may have already been dispatched from the factory, making cancellations difficult. If you wish to cancel, please contact customer support as quickly as possible!


Packaging Guidelines for Item Retrieval When requesting a return or exchange, all of the following items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

  • Main product

  • Components (Charger, Stand)

  • Box and all packaging materials


Refunds for Change of Mind

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • For orders with free shipping, a round-trip shipping fee of 8,000 KRW will be charged.

  • Jeju Island and mountainous regions incur an additional 4,000 KRW fee.

  • Damage caused by user negligence will result in paid services.


⛔ Do Not Attempt Factory Reset Performing a manual factory reset will delete the Babyfolio app, and users will not be able to reinstall it themselves. Please do not attempt a reset under any circumstances!

Q. The frame suddenly disconnected A. The frame disconnects when the frame itself or a member/administrator removes the connection. Please reconnect and try again. Q. I changed the photo sync method but it's not updating A. The new sync method applies starting from the photo after next. Please wait a moment. Q. I unplugged the cable and the frame turned off A. That cable is the power cable, not a charging cable. Digital frames do not support wireless (battery) use — always keep it plugged in. Q. Can I see photos during sleep mode? A. Press the power button on the back of the frame once to wake it from sleep mode and view photos immediately. Q. The app sometimes turns on by itself during sleep mode A. A software update may be running during the sleep window. Q. Do I have to use the SsukSsuk Chalcak app? A. Yes. The digital frame is designed to work with the SsukSsuk Chalcak app. Q. The digital frame restarts while I'm using it A. Periodic automatic updates run to keep the device stable. The device or app may auto-restart during these updates. Q. Videos won't play on the digital frame A. Videos only play in the 'Selected Photos Only' sync mode. Q. I edited photo info and tags in the app but they aren't showing on the frame yet A. It takes a little time to sync between the app and the frame. Q. We have a new baby and I want to add them to the frame A. Newly added children start in an inactive state. To activate: App → My Page → Digital Frame Management → Select frame → Select the child you want to display. Q. I have Wi-Fi but the frame can't find it A. 5GHz Wi-Fi may not be visible to the frame. Please connect using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi instead. Q. I'm worried photos will disappear when Wi-Fi is unstable A. Photos already received are cached, so the slideshow will continue playing even if Wi-Fi is briefly unstable. Q. How do newly uploaded photos get shown on the frame? A. New photos are reflected automatically in AI mode and Representative Photo mode only. Q. Some photos aren't appearing A. AI detects your child's face and prioritizes photos that include their face. Q. How do I apply for early account linking? A. Early account linking was a benefit available only to Early Bird members and is no longer accepting applications.
