Family Invitation & Management Guide

Babyfolio is a service where you can record and share your baby's precious moments with your family 👨‍👩‍👧

👑 The Role of Parents (Admins) Parents (Admins) are responsible for managing the family group that includes the baby and other family members. Admins have the following permissions:

• 🎬 Create "Ssuk-Ssuk" baby growth videos

• 👥 Manage other family members' information

• 👶 Manage baby information

💡 You can also do this!

• Manage multiple children within a single app

• Join additional families even if you are already part of a specific family group

📌 How to Invite

• My Page → Manage Family/Baby → Select Family → Invite family to see our baby's photos together

⚠️ Please check before inviting

• ⏰ Link Expiration: The invitation link is valid for 24 hours only. If it expires, please send a new invitation.

• 📱 Check App Version: Both the sender and the receiver must be updated to the latest version of the app.

🔗 What if the link doesn't work?

• Please update Babyfolio to the latest version and try again. If the issue persists after updating, please contact our Customer Center.

You can manage multiple children at once on Babyfolio! 👶👶

You can even add two children as a group!

🔄 How to switch between babies

• Click on the baby's profile photo at the top of the main screen to switch between profiles.

✏️ How to change a baby's name

• My Page → Family/Baby Management → Select the family with the baby → Select the baby → Click on the name at the top

If you're connected as a family but can't see photos, please check your Sharing Settings! 📸

💡 Why can't I see the photos?

• Photos may not be visible to family members who are not included in the specific sharing range.

⚙️ How to adjust Sharing Settings Select Calendar → Select Photo → Set Sharing Settings at the top

• Only Admins can change the sharing settings.

• Set the range to Share with all so that every family member can see the photos.

📝 Can I share diaries?

• Currently, the feature to share personal diaries with family members is not available. Public diaries are shared only with other moms if written by a mom, and with other dads if written by a dad.

You can individually set permissions for uploading, downloading, and nursing logs for each family member! ⚙️

📌 How to Set Permissions

• My Page → Manage Family/Baby → Select Family Member → Toggle permissions ON/OFF

🔐 Available Permissions

• 📸 Upload Permission: Can upload photos and videos

• 💾 Download Permission: Can download photos and videos

• 🍼 Nursing Permission: Can record and view feeding/nursing logs

💡 Try using it in these situations!

• Turn OFF upload permissions for grandparents so they can view only

• Turn ON nursing permissions for your partner to record feeding together

• Turn OFF download permissions to prevent precious photos from being saved

📌 Case 1. If you (the Admin) are the only member in the family If you choose to Leave the family group, the family account will be deleted.

📌 Case 2. If there are multiple Admins in the family You must first remove the other Admins before you can remove them from the group.

1. Go to Help Center → Contact Us to request the removal of other family Admins

2. Once they are no longer Admins, Remove the members from the family

3. Finally, Leave the family → Deletion complete!
