If you are a new member joined within the last 7 days, you can enjoy a 14-day free trial! 🎁

⚠️ If you have previously subscribed or used a free trial, you will not be eligible for this offer even if you sign up again after deleting your account.

Guide to Changing Your Payment Method

You can change your payment method directly through each app store.

Settings App → Your Name → Payment & Shipping → Add Payment Method → Enter details and tap Done

Information on Benefits After Subscription Cancellation

  • Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of the current billing period.

  • Once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to subscription benefits.

    • Videos longer than 1 minute uploaded while subscribed will no longer play after cancellation, but they remain available for download.

How to cancel your subscription and request a refund

⚠️ Deleting the app does not stop your billing. Please make sure to cancel your subscription through the path below!

Settings → User Name → Subscriptions → 'Babyfolio' → Cancel Subscription

🤖 Android

Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → 'Babyfolio' → Cancel


[Refund Guide]

  • For iOS, customers must apply for a refund directly through Apple.
    After canceling your subscription, please request a refund via the link below.

  • For Android, if it is within 48 hours of payment, you can apply directly through Google Play.
    After 48 hours, please contact our Customer Support.

How to resolve ads appearing while subscribed

If you are still seeing ads while subscribed, please check the following steps!

Try this first

  • Close the app completely and restart it

  • Update to the latest version in the App Store / Play Store

If you still see ads

  • Go to My Page → Notices/Ads/Notifications → Remove Ads → Check if Ads (Pop-ups, Banners) are toggled OFF

  • Go to My Page → Subscription Settings → Check if the subscription is applied to your family
