New to uploading and viewing photos and videos on Babyfolio? We’ve put together an easy step-by-step guide to help you get started.
Standard Guide for Photo Uploads
Photos uploaded to Babyfolio are automatically placed on the calendar according to the date they were taken! 📅
If you'd like to upload them to a specific date manually, just select that date on the calendar and tap the + button at the bottom right.
No need to worry about storage! We offer unlimited storage regardless of whether you are on a free or paid plan. Feel free to upload as much as you like 😊
🎬 How long can the videos be?
Videos under 1 minute can be uploaded for free.
Videos between 1 and 10 minutes can be uploaded with a paid subscription.
📲 Can't access your album? You won't be able to upload if photo access for the Babyfolio app is disabled.
Please go to your Phone Settings → Babyfolio → and change to Allow Photo Access.

You can also upload your precious videos to Babyfolio!
However, some devices (such as entry-level Galaxy models) may not support certain codecs, which can prevent videos from playing. Please check the following settings first 👇
🍎 For videos shot in 4K on iPhone: Go to Settings → Camera → Record Video → Change to 1080p before filming and uploading.
🤖 For videos shot in long aspect ratios on Android: Open the Camera app → Aspect Ratio settings at the top → Change to 9:16 or lower before filming and uploading.
Download Photos & Videos
You can redownload your uploaded photos and videos anytime! 💾
📌 Individual Downloads (Free) Select the date you want from the calendar, choose your photo, and tap the Download button at the bottom.
📌 Bulk Downloads (Paid) If you want to download all your photos at once, try our Bulk Download service!
Go to View All at the top of the main screen → Bulk Download OR My Page → Download All Photos via Email

View and share photos
Photos uploaded to Babyfolio are safely stored on our cloud servers.
Even if you switch devices or reinstall the app, simply log in with the same account to view and download all your uploaded photos and videos!
👨👩👧 Want to share photos with your family? Even if you're connected as a family, photos may not be visible to members who aren't included in the sharing settings.
Go to Calendar → Select Photo → Change the Sharing Privacy settings at the bottom.
Please note that sharing privacy settings can only be changed by administrators!
Notice regarding photo and video deletion
📱 It's okay to delete photos from your device! Photos uploaded to Babyfolio won't be deleted even if you remove them from your phone.
However, since Babyfolio compresses and stores photos on our servers, original versions cannot be restored. Please back up your originals separately before deleting them from your device!
🗑️ Want to delete all uploaded photos and videos?
Method 1. Delete Baby Profile: You can only do this if you have two or more baby profiles. If you have only one, create a temporary profile first, then delete the profile you wish to remove.
Method 2. Account Deletion: Tap the profile icon at the top of the Home screen → Service Settings → Delete Account
